Hello Coaches and Team Representatives —

The GSSA Championship meet is fast approaching. Meet Information is also attached. Both files, and additional information as it becomes available, can soon be found on the GSSA website (www.gssaswim.org). We are looking forward to a great meet! Here are a few reminders and requests:

Entries

Deadline for entries is Thursday, July 27, 2023 at 8:00 pm.. No new entries will be accepted after this time. (Seed time updates can be submitted up until Tuesday, August 1st at 8:00pm). Payment must be received by Greg Derderian, GSSA Treasurer, by Friday, July 28, 2023. The Hy-Tek entry file is attached.

Certificate of Insurance

Each team is required to provide a Certificate of Insurance. Please send it directly to the Town of Milford Recreation Director, Arene Berry, by August 1, 2023. Please have “Town of Milford” listed as an “additional insured”. Arene’s email is: aberry@milford.nh.gov. Arene will send a receipt email to confirm once it is received.

Officials

Each team is required to provide officials. Please provide a list of eligible officials from your team with contact information (email and phone number) and day(s) they will be available as soon as possible. Officials count toward job assignments, and unless we know in advance how many officials your team can provide, the distribution of timing and other assignments cannot be done equitably. Note: per GSSA rules, your team must provide officials for this meet. If officials are not provided, your team will be fined $100.

Team Contact

Many GSSA teams have multiple contact names/addresses. Please reply to this email and provide us with contact information for up to 2 coaches, and an entry contact person (if applicable), as we will create a mailing list to send out future meet information to the teams.
